Fulfillment Policy:

At HTA, we strive to provide excellent customer care and service. Payment for individual and corporate tax preparation is due upon receipt and is expected when your tax return is completed. Providing payment indicates that you agree with the terms of our engagement letter, and refunds will not be issued. Payment for write-up and accounting services is due by the 5th of each month for services rendered during the prior month. These services are non-refundable. Deposits may be required for special projects. If you decide to terminate the relationship with HTA and a deposit has been received for a special project, deposits are generally refundable after deducting any time and or hard costs associated with your account.
